Hello. I am intrigued by your product and am interesting in purchasing it. However, I have a couple of questions. First of all, I have had moderate acne for a few years now and have faithfully used Retin A and Benzomycin. I was very happy with the results until about 3 months ago when my acne got worse. My family has a history of skin disorders and my brother has tried almost every product on the market including Accutane and prescription pills to no avail. I am wondering how your product compares to what I am currently taking and the other prescription products out there. Does your product really offer better results than a prescribed product? Also, what are the satisfaction rates of your customers? Do you have very many people send back the product? I have also tried Pro-activ, which offered the same results as your product and my skin got much worse. Also, you said that during the detoxifying process, skin might get worse for a couple of weeks.
